I would like to commend and thank you and your staff for the fine service that I received on July 3rd. After returning from my Mother's funeral services on Monday evening, I found my A/C not cooling. I panicked, as there would be over 100 people coming to my house the next day after the burial services. I called my home warranty company and they assured me that they would contact your company in the morning and they would stress the importance of the service call. Your company called right at 8:00 and dispatched a tech to my house by 9:15. I had a ladder waiting for him and the access panel in the ceiling ready to go. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, located the part and left to acquire the needed the circuit panel. I left him with the job to do and left for the church. When I returned, the house was cool, receipt on the table and everything was OK. With 100- degree weather, I cannot imagine would this day would have looked like without you firms professional actions. Again, I would like to thank you. I posted a nice review on the Internet for you and as a businessman in the service industry; I know how important good reviews are to a business.
As a property manager of a 240 unit multifamily apartment complex there is always a need for plumbing services. I have been in the Fresno area for 8 months and have utilized P.R. Plumbing for many plumbing emergencies and service calls.
At all times I have found P.R Plumbing to be an honest and reliable company to do business with. They have impressed me with their response time, professionalism, knowledge and skill. For me communication is one of the most important parts of any relationship. The owner of the company is easily accessible and takes pride in his company and employees. The customer service and follow up are exceptional.
I have experienced many plumbing emergencies; several slab leaks, water mains breaking. In all situations, a crew was immediately dispatched and the cause determined. I have been pleased with the end result. I will continue to use P.R. Plumbing and recommend them to others.

Miguel came out to fix our gas fireplace and did a great job. It took less than 30 minutes. This was after a competitor in Clovis came out and wanted to be paid in advance, $60 more, and could not fix the problem. I highly recommend PR Plumbing (Miguel).
My name is Leann Rasmussen, and I am the Community Manager for Alder Heights Apartments. Upon taking over the property in September of 2011, there were numerous existing plumbing issues that needed our immediate attention; including slab leaks, and leaks under our pool. We called PR Plumbing out for their first major job and still use them till this day.
I have found their experience to be extensive and their pricing more than competitive; we have never had them come out and they missed a leak or wrongly diagnosed a problem. They have even come out and detected leaks that larger, more well known Fresno companies (which charges twice as much than PR does!) had missed. It just goes to show you that just because a company may be smaller, does not indicate inexperience.
I have actually found that everyone in their office is friendly and courteous- and their customer service skills are fantastic. Billing is processed quickly and their team of professionals are always on time; which in my industry if your calling out a plumber....the job is already an "emergency!"
In my book they come highly recommended and we enjoy them being a part of our vendor team here at Alder Heights.
We had a notorious toilet problem at our business. The business next to our is a restaurant who keeps dumping grease down the drain plugging up the main line. I a few plumbers came out and could not get it to clear. A friend of mine recommended I call PR pluming and ask for Thomas, he said if anyone could clear it would be Thomas. Thomas knows his stuff, he did what others couldn't and it's been clear for about a year now. Just saw a PR truck go by and wanted to get a review up. Still have a card he gave us and we'll be using PR and requesting Thomas for all of our pluming needs from here on.
We just moved into a new house and had trouble with our heating unit and our thermostat. Benny came out the first time and found the problem immediately. He was professional, helpful, friendly, and he went over and above the call of duty by even finding an annoying noise after the unit was fixed! When we called the second time, he was just as wonderful as the first time. I felt that we were in good hands, and that being the professional that he is, that our service was fixed and fixed correctly! PR Plumbing / Benny will have customers for life with us! Josh at PR Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning was able to send technicians Jeremy Gale and David Pafford to replace the condenser on our A/C yesterday, even with their schedule being very tight. Initially their earliest appt would have been 4 days away, but I shared my concern about the expected triple digit temps and that we have 5 kiddos and our 6 month old had a fever, they made it out to us. I was very appreciative that they were able to accommodate us. They even returned today after I called, this morning, with a concern that the thermostat wasn't working correctly. They replaced our thermostat without hesitation, to ensure that we wouldn't have the issue again. They were hard-working and took the time to explain what they did and offered advice on how to care/maintain the unit. I am very pleased with the service we received. I'm looking forward to setting up regular maintenance with PR Plumbing, Heating and Air for our A/C Unit
Supervisor Benny and Joe came out to our house today. He works like a detective. He found the problem; that 2 previous companies could not do. This man is truly a professional and you can count on him to solve any thing that's going on in your unit. I highly recommend him and his company to assist your air needs.
I was very impressed with the service I received from your supervisor Benny and his jet. He was very informative and explained everything being done. He even went the extra mile by removing a clog in my downspout as he climbed down his ladder. He was also very polite.
Thomas was wonderful. He showed up with a great attitude, diagnosed the problem with my complicated hydronic water heater quickly and we had hot water and heat in the house 20 minutes later. This was especially meaningful as we had waited for 6 days for (another company) to find a part, when a part was not even necessary. I will also be leaving a review for them, only not quite as nice... I would highly recommend Thomas and PR Plumbing!!
I had two toilets that were leaking from the base fixed not long ago. They started leaking again so American Home Warranty sent out Thomas from PR plumbing. He arrived right on time and explained to me why the toilets were leaking again. He then promptly fixed both in a short amount of time. I would definitely recommend Thomas from PR plumbing; I know I will request him next time I have a plumbing problem.
